He responded very quickly to my email enquiry and came to have a a look at our bikes the next day and offered advice about the work that we requested, but always giving us the choice about what work was necessary. He took the bikes to his workshop and kept us informed about progress particularly when suppliers did not deliver the front forks that my bike needed when promised. The bikes were delivered back to our house and we both felt as if we had new bikes.
